This project explores how far a hot hatch icon can be pushed when freed from production constraints.
The Ford Focus RS Mk2 was completely reimagined with an extreme widebody architecture, exposed carbon fiber aerodynamic elements, and a double-wrap livery system designed to shift visual character depending on lighting and camera angle.
The front fascia was fully redesigned to emphasize aggression, width, and motorsport-inspired presence.
Rather than following trends, the goal was to create a bold, uncompromising interpretation — something that feels engineered, not decorated.
Key design highlights
Extreme widebody conversion with custom proportions
Carbon fiber aero components (splitter, canards, diffuser elements)
Double-wrap exterior concept
Redesigned front grille and lighting signature
Emphasis on stance, width, and visual mass
Tools & workflow
Modeling: Blender 4.2 LTS
Rendering: Cycles (OptiX)

Lighting: Studio HDRI
Post-processing: Minimal (focus on raw form)
This project is part of my ongoing exploration of brutalist automotive CGI — where form, tension, and presence take priority over realism alone.
